Tools and Capabilities: Our 28,000 square foot facility in Mississauga houses powerful and modern tools:
• 5 DMG MORI machines (2 x DMU 100, 1 x DMU 60, 1x DMU 65 monoBlock and DMU 85 monoBlock five axis milling) for top-of-the-line solutions
• 2 Zeiss CMMs for first-rate, reliable, measuring technology
• MIG and TIG welding systems for a versatile approach to welding requirements

Our machining speeds vary, but have the capacity to reach up to 18,000 rpms depending on the specific equipment and type of work.

Materials: We can machine a range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, Inconel, aluminum, plastic, titanium, brass, bronze and other hardened alloys. Of course, we can work with other materials too and offer customized solutions based on your specific requirements and budget.
